("Noble Trustica", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility Criteria
Users must be at least 18 years old to access our Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this age and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. The Service is not available where prohibited by law.
2. Account Registration
To fully access the Service, create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and all account activity. Inform us promptly at if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, providing false info, or engaging in fraudulent acts.
3. Service Description and Limits
Noble Trustica provides AI-based market insights, trade signals, and optional automated order placement via linked broker accounts. The Service is informational only.
- Noble Trustica does not hold or control your funds; all capital stays in your brokerage or exchange accounts.
- We connect to your broker through API keys with read-only and trade execution permissions; these keys do not allow withdrawals.
- Past strategy or signal performance does not predict future results.
- Trading carries risk, including loss of invested capital.
4. No Investment Advice
Nothing on the platform Noble Trustica constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All AI signals and data are for informational purposes only. Consult a licensed financial advisor before investing. Noble Trustica is not a registered investment advisor, brokerage, or financial consultant.
5. Fees and Payments
Some features require paid subscriptions. Fees are detailed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Taxes are your responsibility. Subscriptions are prepaid monthly or yearly. Refunds are discretionary within 14 days of first payment for new clients.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or break any laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the platform's source code.
- Use bots or automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service.
- Resell or commercially exploit any part of the Service without permission.
- Disrupt or damage the Service or its infrastructure.
- Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or activities that violate financial laws.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, content, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets provided via the Service are the sole property of Noble Trustica or its licensors. No rights or licenses to these assets are granted to you. Our trademarks and logos may not be used without prior consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Noble Trustica WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR THAT IT IS FREE OF HARMFUL ELEMENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Noble Trustica WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. 10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noble Trustica and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Account Closure
You may close your account anytime via settings or by contacting We may suspend or terminate access immediately if Terms are breached. Account data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy after closure.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Unit 101, Raheja Towers, M.G. Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or UK may also pursue claims via local courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time with at least 14 days’ notice via email or platform alerts. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
